Proud Annie Mystery Theatre Admission Rates
Note: We are an advance "reservations only" and BYOB licensed
establishment for patrons 21 years of age or older. No corkage fees are
added. Also our plays are generally "adult themed" and may not be suitable
for children under the age of thirteen years. Parental guidance is
suggested. Proud Annie reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone.
A. General Admission for most Proud Annie dinner shows is $42.50 per
person plus TN tax, unless otherwise advertised. Admission includes a
six-course freshly prepared gourmet dinner, hot & cold non-alcoholic
beverages, a 2-Act mystery play, clue hunt, and awards to the table teams
that best solve the mystery as submitted on their solution sheet, plus
e-mailed photos taken by the management during the evening. (Note: not all
performances may include a "Clue Hunt.")
B. Group Rates for 12 - 23 persons at $37.50 per person and are
effective when a single reservation is made, secured and paid with one valid
Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card, cash or check. A group rate cannot
be combined with gift certificates or any other promotional discount offers
and entitles each patron to the same amenities listed above.
C. Churches, U.S. Veterans and tax-exempt non-profit groups of 10-23
persons may secure a rate of $35.00 per person upon request; TN tax
collected is waived with a copy of a TN state tax-exempt document
designating the group as such. All of the amenities listed in Section "A"
above apply.
D. Active duty U.S.military personnel attending in uniform receive
free admission with at least one other fully paid General Admission and will
include all amenities listed in Section "A."
Cancellation Policy
A. Dinner Plays
1. Cancellations received no later than 12:00 noon on Thursday
prior to the weekend performances will incur no cancellation fee.
2. If cancellations are received after Thursday noon but prior
to the day of performance a 25% cancellation fee will be charged.
3. No cancellations may be honored on the days if made on a
scheduled dinner performance. Exceptions: Hospitalization. Also, if Proud
Annie has a waiting list and your seats are accepted by other parties any
payment made will be refunded.
Note: Proud Annie reserves the right to cancel any performance for
whatever reasons. Our pledge is to notify the contact phone numbers you
provided at the earliest possible time. Proud Annie's liability for this
cancellation is limited to a total refund of any amounts collected.
B. Bed & Breakfast Reservations & Cancellations
All Proud Annie room reservations are made with a non-refundable one day
room rate plus tax deposit unless reservations are made during holiday
weeks, or special event weeks, i.e. Storytelling or Bristol Speedway NASCAR
of which a 2-day non-refundable room rate shall apply at the time
reservations are confirmed.
Should Proud Annie need to cancel any confirmed room reservations for
whatever reasons, Proud Annie's liability is limited to a full refund of
previously non-refundable funds collected.
Proud Annie reserves the right to refuse accommodations to anyone at any
time with a full refund of advance collected funds less any property damages
or costs sustained.
