Tender beef tidbits sautéed with mushrooms sweet onions, a splash of Cabernet and finished with sour cream served over buttered egg noodles and glazed carrots

Devils food chocolate cake w/ vanilla bean Ice cream & a second layer of cake

topped with hot fudge
